Usher né le 14 octobre 1978 à Dallas, au Texas, est un chanteur de RnB contemporain|RnB, danseur, parolier et acteur américain. Il devient populaire à la fin des années 1990, avec la sortie en 1997 de son deuxième album, ''My Way (album d'Usher)|My Way'', qui lui permet, l'année suivante, d'obtenir la première place au Billboard Hot 100|Billboard Hot 100 avec le deuxième single tiré de cet album, ''Nice and Slow''.
